 The book is about history of Azerbaijani border protection service, namely creation of its first service. It is mainly focused on decision made during the first republic – 1918-1920, continuous steps taken during those uneasy times in order to protect borders effectively and contribute to the democratic and civic state-building in Azerbaijan, and government decisions, which are carefully monitored through rich archive materials. The book was published in 1999 in Azerbaijani.
