Vasily Lvovich Velichko - the famous Russian journalist and historian, who had lived in the Cacasus by the end of the XIX century and first years of the XX century and studied the rich culture and history of this region. As an editor of the ``Caucasus`` newspaper, published in Tbilisi, he had traveled all over the Caucasus, and learned local peoples` traditions and way of life. The book includes several articles of historical-ethnographic contest, written by the famous journalist. The book is published in 2005.
