Under the Article 109.24 of Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby resolve:

Chief of the Anti-terror Center of the Ministry of National Security of the Azerbaijan Republic Hilal Mirzeli oglu Asadov shall be conferred the rank of major-general.
