 The present research effort is intended to make familiar first of all politicians, diplomats, scientists-historians and lawyers with historical and legal aspects, as well as mediation process of one of the most complicated and protracted armed conflicts of the modern period, that has deep historical roots and escalated on the eve of new global geopolitical changes related to the collapse of the USSR and forming of a new independent states in its territory. The book (second edition) was published in Russian language in Baku, in 2008.
