National Security Minister of Azerbaijan meets with his Uzbek And Belarus counterparts

Mahmudov said there are friendly ties between the two countries. He told of National Security Ministry`s efforts to fight crime and ensure security in the country as well as situation in the region, factors affecting it, consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Inoyatov extend his congratulations on the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijani security bodies. He noted such visits are important for protecting security interests of both nations. Inoyatov briefed his Azerbaijani counterpart on Uzbekistan`s fighting international terrorism, extremism, organized crime.

National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov has met with Chairman of the Belarus State Security Committee Vadim Zaytsev who arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the celebrations marking 90th anniversary of Azerbaijan security bodies.

Azerbaijani Minister briefed his Belarus counterpart on the measures Azerbaijan takes to solve security problems, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and its bitter consequences. He praised the assistance of foreign partners in ensuring regional and international security. Mahmudov noted the Ministry is ready to provide practical and information support to all partners.

Vadim Zaytsev congratulated personnel of the National Security Ministry on the 90th anniversary. He noted there are cultural and friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus. He expressed his satisfaction with development of cooperative relations of security bodies to ensure security of both peoples.
