All decrees, disposals and legal documents related to the Ministry of National Security signed between 1991 and 2004 are included into this book. These documents were taken from “News of Supreme Soviet of Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Decrees and disposals of the president of Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Legislative collection of Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Xalq qəzeti” (“People’s newspaper”) and “Azərbaycan” (“Azerbaijan”) newspapers. The book was compiled by Doctor of Philology Calal Gasimov and Araz Ashurov. It was published in 2005 in Azerbaijani.
